Lipoaspiration – liposuction of the stomach, legs and hips,is the most effective way to beautify the body silhouette. This primarily locates riding trousers, the hips and a full stomach. It is also used for the ankles, arms or inner thighs, but less frequently. Lipoaspiration is actually intended for the areas where fat accumulates and not for removing skin.
Liposuction of the stomach, legs and hips – effective lipoaspiration
Some parts of the body can accumulate excess fat despite regular exercise, a healthy diet and special creams. Liposuction of the abdomen, legs and hips allows you to get rid of this fat, as it works in the depth and on the upper layer at the same time.
What are the criteria for this?
If your skin is still tight and elastic, you are not overweight and your veins are in good condition, you are the perfect candidate for lipoaspiration. If you have a sensitive excess weight of fats, it should in turn become part of the body's overall remodeling process to:
- To stabilize your weight and lose a few kilos.
- Strengthen your vascular system.
How does it work?
Liposuction of the abdomen, legs and hips is performed under local anesthesia or neuroleptic analgesia, depending on the amount of fat. First, the fat is infiltrated with water and adrenaline, which reduces bleeding. A thin, short cannula is then inserted under the skin. The fat liquefies and is sucked out. The surgeon takes care not to perform liposuction on the stomach, legs and hips either too close to the muscle so as not to cause bleeding, nor too close to the skin so as not to damage it, as this can cause unsightly dents.
Nowadays, surface liposuction is used on the stomach, legs and hips. A microcannula is used to smooth the skin better. Ultrasound can also be used here, but only if there are hardened masses or abnormalities on the surface of the skin.
At the end of the operation, the surgeon will stitch the incisions and you will be given a compression bandage. The skin from which the fats were removed has become softer. She now needs time to heal on the new muscle. This will give it its shape.
What happens after that?
The stay in hospital varies between a few hours and up to 3 days. The press bandage must be worn almost continuously for between 15 and 21 days. Hematomas may occur, but these will subside quickly by wearing the bandage and lymphatic drainage sessions. You will most likely also feel a pulling sensation in the area of your abdomen and thighs, where the procedure was performed. You can effectively relieve the burning sensation that you will feel in the first few days using ice and anti-hematoma creams.
Restoring the body
You will regain your normal performance 4 to 8 days after liposuction of your stomach, legs and hips. You can start exercising gradually after a month. The final result can be seen after two to six months. Both your legs and your hips will become slimmer and your stomach will be flatter and firmer.
You will be allowed to return to the gym at least after a month
