This modern single-family home designed by John Maniscalco Architects is located in Presidio Heights in San Francisco. It was completed in 2014 and impresses with contemporary furniture, a bright ambience and an attractive distribution of space, which make living a truly luxurious feeling. A special eye-catcher is the modern glass railing that adorns the stairs on the second floor. The result is a room divider between the living room and kitchen that is hardly noticeable and does not disrupt the spacious look of the living area in any way.
The modern glass railing is just one of the many glass surfaces used in the design of the house. In addition, there are large onesWindow fronts, which create a bright ambience in the living area. No expense was spared on windows in the dining room, bedroom and bathroom. And the furniture there is also bright and friendly, with contemporary shapes and designs.
The modern glass railing is also decorated with birch branches. They are an attractive decoration that is very popular in modern interiors. On the first floor, the stairs are adorned with a pretty mesh design in white, which creates a dividing wall on the one hand, but on the other hand does not disturb the view of the pleasant steps.
The relatively neutral furnishings are spiced up with a few splashes of color here and there. In the dining room, for example, the color white is combined with orange for this purpose. In the bedroom, pastel tones are again the first choice, represented in the pillows and in the form of delicate rosé in the bedspread. There is no skimping on decorative elements either. In addition to the birch branches for the modern glass railing, there are original lamps, carpets and subtle murals that add coziness to the interior.
