A modern design and minimalism embodies this attractive house, located in Israel. It is owned by a family of 6 who hired Schachar Rozenfeld Architects to get the style they wanted. The owners wanted the house to reflect their preference for modern design with clean lines. Furniture in gray, black and white is just part of the impressive interior. The further challenge was to make the house spacious despite the small plot size of only 500 square meters. You can see how the team achieved this in the gallery below.
The ground floor consists of a large,open living space, which accommodates living room, dining room and kitchen. The room uses different colors of furniture, including gray furniture for the seating area. In addition, a perfect connection to the outside area is guaranteed. Visually, you always feel close to the garden thanks to the large windows. But entering the terrace is also made easier and more comfortable thanks to the sliding windows. This makes the room appear larger and parents always have a perfect view of their children when they are playing in the garden or pool.
The wardrobe mentioned above matches the color of the wall. It guarantees plenty of storage space because it extends over a length of 12 meters. The entrance door also adapts to the surface. The wardrobe, as a contrast to the furniture in gray and black, also cleverly stores various systems of the house, including the air conditioning and the electrical panels, to finally connect to the kitchen. The design team used the game “Tetris” as inspiration for this design.

The dark gray kitchen cabinets have a minimalist design that complements the rest of the kitchen design. The color yellow serves as a color accent both here and in the other areas, with a lamp in this color being chosen in the kitchen.
