Apple dessert in a glass: quick apple crumble

Full of flavors, made from just a few ingredients and whipped up very quickly - this apple crumble is guaranteed to be your family's new favorite, we promise! When preparing it, we recommend using apple varieties with a juicy and firm bite. Granny Smith, Boskoop and Holsteiner Cox, for example, are ideal for this.
Ingredients for the apple filling:
- 4 apples
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 1 EL Balsamic-Dry
- 110 grams of honey or agave syrup for a vegan version
Apfel-Crumble-Topping:
- 70 grams of oat flakes
- 40 grams of blanched almonds
- 45 grams whole wheat flour
- 85 grams of honey or agave syrup
- 10 grams coconut oil, melted
- A pinch of salt
Apple crumble preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
- Peel the apples, core them and cut them into small pieces.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the apple filling ingredients.
- Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are soft.
- Meanwhile, put the crumble topping ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until you get a crumbly mixture.
- Divide the apple filling between 4 preserving jars and top with the sprinkles.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool briefly and your apple crumble is ready in the glass!
The classic with a twist: apple pie in a glass
Whether vegan, low carb or onecovered apple pie– the classic is simply a must in autumn. Every grandma has her own little secret that makes her recipe truly irresistible. But do you want a little variety or would you like to surprise your guests at dinner? Then simply prepare the apple cake as a delicious apple dessert in a glass! And here comes the recipe.
Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 large apples
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- 130 grams of granulated sugar
- 2 Owner
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- 70 ml sunflower oil
- 120 ml kefir or buttermilk
- The juice and zest of a lemon
- 1 THE Backpulver
- Some butter for the glasses
Apple cake in a glass Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the glasses with a little butter and sprinkle with flour.
- Peel, core and cut apples into small pieces. Drizzle with the lemon juice.
- Put all the ingredients, except the apples, in a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes to form a smooth dough.
- Stir in the apple pieces.
- Only half fill the glasses with the dough and bake for about 30-35 minutes.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a little cinnamon and enjoy!
Healthy apple cheesecake in a glass without baking

Ingredients apple filling:
- 2 apples
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Cheesecake filling:
- 230 grams of cream cheese, reduced fat
- 160 grams of Greek yogurt
- 110 grams of agave syrup
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
For the floor:
- 80 grams of graham crackers or wholemeal biscuits of your choice
Preparation:
- Heat the ingredients for the apple filling in a small pan over medium heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- For the cheesecake filling, put the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Finely crumble the wholemeal biscuits and divide 2 tablespoons into each of 4 preserving jars. Press lightly.
- Then spread 2 tablespoons of cheesecake filling on top, followed by about 2-3 tablespoons of the apple mixture.
- Now repeat the process again, put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours and your apple cheesecake in a glass is ready!
Apple tiramisu in a glass
Tiramisu is an Italian classic that is very popular everywhere. The simple ingredients in their combination taste simply wonderful and always ensure maximum enjoyment. Of course we love the original recipe, but since seasonal is always best, we've got you covereda great recipefor the perfect apple tiramisu in a glass!
Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 800 grams of apples
- 12 ladyfingers
- 250 Gramm Mascarpone
- 250 grams of low-fat quark
- 40 grams of sugar
- The juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 100 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Preparation:
- Peel the apples, core them and cut them into small pieces.
- Mix apples, lemon juice and zest, 20 grams of sugar and around 40 ml of water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for about 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- Heat honey in a pan and add the almonds. Roast for 1-2 minutes and let cool on a baking sheet.
- Divide the ladyfingers between 6 preserving jars and drizzle with the orange juice.
- Spread the apple mixture on top.
- Mix the mascarpone, low-fat quark, the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Divide between the glasses.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder and enjoy!
Apple dessert in a glass: quick cinnamon apple panna cotta
Panna Cotta is just further proof that Italians really know their desserts! To put an autumnal twist on the classic, we'll show you how to make a creamy and incredibly delicious apple panna cotta.
Ingredients for panna cotta:
- 600 grams of whipped cream
- 60 grams of sugar
- 6 sheets of gelatin
- 1 vanilla bean
Apple filling:
- 3 apples
- 60 ml apple juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
- Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp.
- Put the cream, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Remove from the heat and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
- Soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes and squeeze well.
- Stir the squeezed gelatine into the cream until it is completely dissolved.
- For the apple filling, peel the apples, core them and cut them into small pieces.
- Simmer the apples with the sugar, apple juice and cinnamon in a covered pot over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Now stir 2 tablespoons of the apple mixture into the cream and divide the remaining filling into 6 glasses.
- Let cool for 10 minutes and slowly fill the glasses with the cream.
- Place in the fridge for at least 6 hours and your apple panna cotta is ready!
