  • 400 grams of feta cheese
  • 700 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 350 grams of pasta of your choice
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Fresh basil, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees top and bottom heat or 200 degrees fan and add the olive oil to the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Place feta cheese in the middle and distribute the cherry tomatoes in the dish.
  • Add the garlic cloves and spices and mix everything well with your hands. Drizzle again with a little olive oil.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the tomatoes and feta brown.
  • In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water and drain.
  • Remove the baking dish from the oven and mash the feta and cherry tomatoes with a fork and mix well until you get a creamy and tasty sauce.
  • Then add the pasta and basil and mix again.
  • Divide onto plates and voilà – your baked feta pasta is ready!

  • 450 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 250 grams of feta cheese
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • Fresh basil, chopped finely
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise with a sharp knife.
  • Remove the seeds with a tablespoon and rub the inside of each pumpkin half with a little olive oil.
  • Now place the cut side down on a baking pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes.
  • Remove the squash from the oven and fluff the inside with a fork to create thin “noodles.”
  • Spread feta cheese and cherry tomatoes in a baking dish and drizzle with spices and olive oil.
  • Mix well and bake for 30 minutes. Then mash with a fork and mix together.
  • Add the spaghetti squash and basil, whisk well and enjoy warm!

  • 350 Gramm fester Tofu
  • 60 grams of raw cashews, soaked in hot water for 1 hour
  • 370 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 400 grams of cooked pasta
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 EL Nährhefe
  • Fresh basil, chopped finely
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Place the tofu, cashews, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt in a blender and puree until you get a smooth sauce.
  • Put the cherry tomatoes in the baking dish, season with olive oil and salt and pepper.
  • Now put the tofu mixture in the middle and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Stir everything well with a spoon until you get a creamy consistency.
  • Stir in the cooked pasta and basil and mix everything again briefly.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
