- 2-3 thyme sprigs, leaves chopped (or dried thyme)
- 200 g piece of feta cheese
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 15g fresh parsley, chopped
- Pasta for 4 portions (approx. 450 g)
Prepare feta pasta recipe

Drizzle the vegetables with the olive oil, season with pepper, salt, paprika powder and thyme and mix everything together well. Take the dish out of the oven, mash the soft feta cheese with a fork and stir everything together well. You can also open some of the tomatoes to distribute the juice. Add the parsley and taste the almost finished dish after stirring everything again to check whether you need to add more salt (if you cook the pasta in salted water, keep in mind that this will also give the dish an additional salty taste become).
