Are gluten-free cookies with oats actually gluten-free?
As a rule, regular oatmeal is not considered gluten-free. However, if oats are grown in a controlled manner and free of gluten, then the flakes can be described as gluten-free. These are offered as gluten-free oat flakes and can be found in well-stocked supermarkets and organic shops. So if you have gluten intolerance, you can replace the classic oatmeal with this alternative.
