Prepare delicious puff pastry waffles with peaches and cream
- Gently roll out the puff pastry and spread it out into an even rectangle using a rolling pin.
- Cut out a circle using a bowl. (Reserve any excess dough)
- Preheat the waffle iron. Place a circle of puff pastry on the waffle iron. Close the lid and bake for about 8 minutes (watch carefully the first time, all waffle irons are different).
- Using a mixer, mix the cream, vanilla and sugar into whipped cream. This makes a pretty large amount for two people. If you want less, you can halve the quantity.
