Making Dalgona coffee is actually pretty easy and takes less than 5 minutes. All you need are 3 ingredients that you most likely already have at home - instant coffee, sugar and water. Ingredients:

  • 14 grams of instant coffee powder
  • 75 ml hot water
  • 55 grams of sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • Ice cubes if you want to enjoy the drink cold

Dalgona coffee preparation:

  • Place the instant coffee, sugar and water in a bowl.
  • Beat with a whisk or a hand mixer until a fluffy and loose mixture is formed. This will take you about 5-8 minutes with the whisk.
  • Take a large glass and fill it halfway with ice cubes as desired.
  • Pour milk into the glass, add the finished coffee foam on top and voilà - your delicious Dalgona coffee is ready!

Can the trendy drink be prepared in a low-calorie and low-carb manner?
