What is the Spin Around Cake?

No, the turn-around cake is a cake that you bake upside down. Actually, the name says it all - the turn-around cake is a type of cheesecake in which the ingredients rotate in the springform pan while baking. Or in other words – first the dough goes into the baking pan and then the mixture for the topping. During baking, however, the filling sinks to the bottom and the loose and juicy cake dough comes on top. Sounds like real magic, right?
