- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 100g walnuts
- 70 g caster sugar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 pear

Preparation:
- Nut topping: Heat the oil in a pan and add the nuts. Roast them for a few minutes. Sprinkle the nuts with the caster sugar and salt and let them melt. Place the nuts on baking paper and separate them. Let the whole thing cool down.
- Pear topping: Dice the pears and fry them lightly in a pan with the butter and cane sugar. Drizzle the fruit with cane sugar and lemon juice.
- Cheese: Cut the cheese into cubes, place the pears on top and sprinkle with the nuts.
Potato pancakes with mulled wine is a great combination

- 500g potatoes
- 2 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp wheat flour

Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and boil them. Drain them and then press the potatoes through a potato masher. Mix the milk, wheat flour and egg and add everything to the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Fry the pancakes in a skillet with butter, about 2 minutes per side, and place them on a plate. Shred the bacon and fry until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Garnish the potato pancakes with sour cream, fried bacon and parsley.

Ingredients:
- 2-3 large apples
- 100g butter, melted
- smooth flour for dusting

- 1 pack (320 g) chilled puff pastry
- Crème fraîche for serving
Preparation in a few steps:
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C fan oven. Halve the apple, then place each half cut side down on the board. Cut off the ends and then into thin slices about 3-4 mm thick. Make sure to remove the core and seeds. Place all the slices on a plate and microwave them on high for 2-3 minutes to soften them. Mix cinnamon and caster sugar in a small bowl while apples cool.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 6 strips. Brush the strips with the melted butter and sprinkle them with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Now place the cooled apple slices on the strip of dough (in the middle of the strip, with the uncut edges sticking up to create the beautiful rose shape). This way you can fold the strip of dough over the apple a little before rolling it up completely for baking.
- Grease a muffin tin with butter.
