Flourless oatmeal pancakes – the basic vegan recipe made from just 3 ingredients
This recipe is healthy and wholesome as well as vegan, gluten-free and delicious and, above all, it is incredibly simple because it only consists of 3 ingredients. Oatmeal, banana and plant milk. First, grind the oat flakes into flour in a coffee grinder. Mash the banana with a fork and then combine all three ingredients. Alternatively, you can also use the mixer.
You need the following ingredients:
- 200 g ground organic gluten-free oat flakes
- 150 ml plant milk (e.g. coconut milk)
- 100g Banana
Heat a teaspoon to a tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan and wait until it is hot. Using a large tablespoon or an ice cream scoop, scoop up the batter and pour it into the hot pan and let the pancake fry slowly over a low to medium heat. Once it has set on the bottom, turn it over. Bon appetite! Tip: If you like your pancakes fluffier, optionally add a teaspoon of cream of tartar to the batter.
Healthy and delicious pancakes: Fluffy strawberry smoothie oatmeal pancakes – recipe
With this recipe you can conjure up fluffy, tasty, soft pancakes on the breakfast table. To do this you need:
- 150 g oat flakes (gluten-free, organic)
- 80 ml milk, plant milk or buttermilk
- 1 Banana
- 50g strawberries
- 2 TL Weinsteinbackpulver
- 1/4 TL Backnatron
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- a pinch of vanilla pod
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Optional fresh berries as a topping
First, grind the oat flakes into flour or use ready-made, gluten-free oat flour. Now put all the ingredients in a blender and puree the ingredients. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes and then use an ice cream scoop or a small ladle (size of approx. 2 tablespoons) to add the pancakes to the pan with coconut oil. For this delicious fitness recipe you need the following ingredients:
- 200 g gluten-free organic oat flakes
- 100 g organic apple pulp (unsweetened)
- 50 ml milk, buttermilk or almond milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of fine Himalayan salt
- some olive oil spray for the pan
First, grind the oat flakes into flour and mix it with the dry ingredients. Beat the eggs and add the apple puree and milk. Now mix the dry and wet mixture together in a large mixing bowl until it forms a uniform mixture. Spray the pan with olive oil and heat over medium heat. Attention: for the pancakes to be successful, the heat level on the stove must never be turned up too high. Once the pan is hot, use a small sauce ladle (about 2 tablespoons in size) to scoop out some of the batter and cook the pancakes in the pan for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Pancakes with oatmeal: Hearty and healthy pancakes with vegetables
This healthy recipe is suitable for lovers of savory treats. The vegetable pancake recipe requires a little more preparation time, but the taste and the addition of healthy vegetables are definitely worth the effort. Depending on your taste, you can also replace the carrots with zucchini, in which case a little fresh dill would be perfect as an herb addition. You need:
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion
- 100g mushrooms
- 100 g grated carrots or zucchini
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g oat flakes, gluten-free, organic quality
- 100 ml Hafermilch
- 1 EL Weinsteinbackpulver
- a pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 No
- fresh herbs of your choice
First chop the garlic cloves, onion and mushrooms and grate the carrots. Now sauté the vegetables together with the pinch of pepper and salt in a small pan with olive oil. Set the finished vegetables aside to cool so that you can grind the oat flakes into flour. Crack the egg and mix it with the oat milk.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the oatmeal flour first with the organic cream of tartar and then with the egg-oat milk mix until it forms a homogeneous mixture. Finally, fold in the sautéed, cooled vegetables, along with a few chopped fresh herbs selected to taste. Now scoop up some of the dough with a small sauce ladle or an ice cream scoop and bake the pancakes in the pan with a littleOlive oil or coconut oilover medium heat until golden brown on each side.
