Ingredients for two: 4 waffles, 2 cups vanilla yogurt, 3 apples (peeled and diced), 1/4 cup brown sugar, cinnamon
Place apple pieces, brown sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes until the apples have softened. Set aside and let cool. Chop waffles into small squares. 1/2 cupyogurt, 1/4 cup waffles and 1/4 cup applesin layers in a glassfill.
Autumn dessert with chia and apples
Chia oatmeal:
1 Portion
– 1/3 cup oatmeal
– 2 THE Chiasamen
– 2/3 cup almond milk (or other liquid of your choice)
– 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a completely sealed container and store in the refrigerator overnight.
Apple compote:
4 servings
– 4 apples
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup water
Put all the ingredients in a pot and cook until the apples are soft. Add more water if necessary.
Oatmeal topper
4 servings
– 1 cup oatmeal
– 2 tablespoons of coconut milk
– 1 Tbsp coconut flakes
– 1 tsp cinnamon
Mix the oat flakes with other ingredients and bake in the oven on a baking tray for 25 minutes.
Make each of these components the night before and store them separately in the refrigerator. Fill the glasses by first starting with the vanilla yogurt, then the chia oat flakes and the apple compote. Repeat and sprinkle on top with the oatmeal toppers. Garnish with a pinch of coconut flakes.

Ingredients for four servings:
– 4 apples
– 1 cup vanilla sugar
– 2 egg whites
– 2 Tablespoons Rum
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– Whipped cream, optional
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash apples and bake for 50-60 minutes until they become soft. Allow to cool, peel and core. Puree the pulp in a blender or food processor.
Combine egg whites and sugar and beat with an electric mixer for 10 minutes until fluffy and thick. Add the rum and lemon juice and beat for another 5 minutes.
Fill glasses and store in the refrigerator until serving. Garnish with whipped cream.

6 tbsp applesauce
6 tbsp coconut yogurt (vanilla flavor)

Ingredients
3 apples – peeled, cored and diced
1 Tbsp Coconut milk
3 tablespoons maple syrup
fresh lemon juice
3 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp water
1 cup coconut milk
½ Avocado

preparation
Place apples, coconut oil, maple syrup, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a pot. Put the lid on and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, until the apples have released their juices and are slightly softened. Remove the pot from the heat and add a teaspoon of water to the pan. Stir everything well and pour the apple mixture into a blender. Add the coconut milk, avocado and remaining 2 teaspoons cinnamon to the apple mixture. Stir until smooth.
Dissolve gelatin in a small bowl. Add 2 tablespoons room temperature water to the gelatin and beat with a whisk or fork until a paste forms. Add the gelatin paste to the blender and blend until smooth. Divide into glasses and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Karamell-Apfel-Pudding

1 packet of instant vanilla pudding
2 cups cold milk
¼ tsp cinnamon
⅓ cup applesauce
1½ cups chopped peanuts
350 ml Caramel-Topping
1 apple
Cinnamon sticks (optional for garnish)

In a medium bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding and cold milk. Add cinnamon and applesauce. Let the pudding cool for 5 minutes. Cut the apple into small bite-sized pieces. Create layers in the glass with the four ingredients: repeat pudding, apples, caramel topping and chopped nuts.

Mix flour and remaining 1 tablespoon brown sugar with butter. It should be crumbly. Add pecans and oats. Bake at 180 degrees in a lined baking tray for 8 minutes or until oats are toasted. Remove from oven and set aside. Pour the apple compote, yogurt and oatmeal mixture into glasses and serve.

Gluten-free apple dessert with muesli
Preparation time: 10 minutes

2 cups applesauce
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
64 g cinnamon almond butter
1/2 TL Karamellextrakt
1/2 TL Ahornaroma
96 g Müsli
Mix the first five ingredients, then stir in the muesli. Cover the bowl with foil and leave the dessert in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning you can serve a delicious breakfast.
