For 10 shots:
- 100 g Bio-Inger
- 4 lemons
- Honey for sweetening (or other sweetener)
Rinse the ginger root for the ginger lemon honey shot (if not organic, then scrape the peel with a spoon) and cut into large pieces. Halve the lemons and squeeze them. Now put the juice and the ginger pieces in a blender or a bowl with a hand blender and process everything into a kind of puree. You can consume this immediately or, after steeping for 6 hours, drain it through a sieve and collect the juice to remove the pulp. Now sweeten the juice with any amount of honey. Fill the finished ginger shots into small glass bottles or other glass containers and store them in the refrigerator. If you make your own ginger shot, it will last for a few days.
