A perfect snack for the party is the so-called plucked bread. But this type of herb bread is also very good for regular dinners. The plucked bread can be made from any bread. For this purpose, the crust is cut into a grid and filled with any ingredients. If you would like to bake your own herb bread for a party or as a snack in between, you can try one of the following delicious recipes.
If you want to bake herb bread yourself, you can use ready-made bread or prepare the bread yourself in advance. The shape of the bread doesn't matter. – 2 roasted chili peppers
– 1/4 cup chopped onion

Melt the butter in a pan and add the chilli, onion and garlic. Sauté for a minute until the onions become soft. Fill the pre-sliced bread with this butter mixture. Press the chili peppers well into the cracks. Mix all the cheeses together and fill the bread with them too. Wrap it in aluminum foil and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 10 minutes.

A particularly simple recipe with which you can bake your own herb bread is this variant. Ham and cheese are cut into small pieces and distributed in the bread. Then sprinkle it with your chosen herb mixture. Then bake the bread in the oven at 160 or 180 degrees. After 15 minutes, check if the bread is ready.
Salami-Pizza-Zupfbrot
– 2 to 3 cups grated mozzarella
– 1/2 cup salami slices
– 1/2 Tasse Butter
– 2 tsp Italian seasoning mix
– 2 cups pizza sauce
Fill the sliced bread first with the mozzarella and then with the salami. Melt the butter and mix in the seasoning mixture. Finally, spread the seasoned butter over the entire loaf. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and the bread is just starting to brown. Serve the bread with the pizza sauce as a dip.
Recipe for party bread withartichokeand spinach
– 1/2 Tasse Butter
– 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 2 cups fresh spinach
– 400 g artichokes (the edible part)
Fill the bread with a third of the cheese. Melt the butter and fry the chopped garlic. Then add the spinach, fry for a while and then add the chopped artichokes. Spread this butter mixture in the bread and sprinkle it with the remaining cheese. Wrap it in aluminum foil. You can then bake the herb bread yourself for 20 minutes at 175 degrees. Then remove the foil and bake for another 2 minutes.
withBuffalo-Sauce
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella
– 1 piece of butter
– 1/2 Cup Buffalo-Sauce
– 1 bunch of chopped spring onions
– 1/4 cup blue cheese
First fill the bread with the mozzarella. Melt the butter and stir in the Buffalo sauce. Add the spring onions and the blue cheese, stir briefly and remove the pan from the heat. Using a spoon, spoon the mixture into the bread, sprinkle it with the additional moldy cheese and wrap it in aluminum foil. Bake at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
Jalapeno-Brotbake
– 1 1/2 cup Mexican cheese mix or any other cheese you like
– 2 Japaleno pods, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of salted butter
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp sea salt
– 1 TL Pfeffer
Mix the cheese and jalapenos together and spread them on the bread. Melt the butter, add the remaining ingredients and use them to fill the bread. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake at 175 for 15 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake the bread for another 5 to 10 minutes. Zupfbrotwith sauerkraut
– 225 g Pastrami
– 225 g Swiss cheese or Babybel
– 1/4 cup Thousand Island Dressing
– 1/2 cup sauerkraut
Cut the cheese and meat into small pieces and set aside. Spread the dressing over the bread with a brush and then add the meat and cheese. Bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble. After you bake the herb bread yourself, add toppings to itSauerkraut. This is also how it is served.
Party bread with cheeseandParsley
– 1 melted butter
– 6 crushed garlic cloves
– 2 tbsp fresh, finely chopped parsley
– 1 cup grated mozzarella
– 1 Fontina tax
– kosher salt
– fresh pepper
Butter, garlic and parsley are mixed together. Then season with salt and pepper. Spread the bread with the butter mixture, making sure enough of it gets into the bread. Then fill the bread with both types of cheese and wrap it in aluminum foil. Now you can bake the herb bread yourself at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
Mushroom breadbake
– 340 g mushrooms
– 1 EL Butter
– 1 tbsp fresh, chopped thyme
– 340 g cheese
– 1/2 cup melted butter
– 1/2 cup green onions
– 2 tsp poppy seeds
Fry the chopped mushrooms in 1 teaspoon of butter with the lid closed for four to five minutes, add the thyme and fry for another two to three minutes. Add cheese slices to the bread cuts and then add the mushrooms. Mix poppy seeds, onions and butter and spread them all on and in the bread. Wrapped in aluminum foil, you can bake the herb bread yourself at 175. It takes about 15 minutes with and another 10 minutes without foil.
Zupfbrotwith herb butter and parmesan
– 3 THE Butter
– 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped finely
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
– 1 cup grated mozzarella
– Pepper and salt
Mash soft butter and mix with parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Using a fork, spread the inside of the cut bread and then fill it with the cheese. Cover the bread with aluminum foil and bake at 175 degrees for 15 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
You can use any ingredients you can think of for the breads. However, cheese should never be missing, as it forms a delicious crust that makes the bread even tastier.
