Prepare omelet on the baking sheet with ham
Enjoy this delicious dish with ham and peppers. You can prepare it at any time and it always tastes delicious.
Ingredients for 12 servings:

120 g Milch
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
150g red or green pepper, diced
200g cooked ham, diced
2 green onions, sliced
120 g of shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Line a 33 x 22 cm baking pan with parchment paper.
- First, whisk together the eggs, milk, thyme, and garlic powder in a measuring cup or bowl.
- Mix the peppers and ham evenlyon the prepared baking sheetspread and then carefully pour the egg mixture over it.
- Spread the green onions and cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Carefully place on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the eggs are set and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Cut into 12 portions and store in an airtight container.
A vegetarian version for breakfast
This recipe is the easiest way to feed a crowd for brunch. It can be frozen and reheated in the microwave if you have a busy morning.
Ingredients:
Kochspray
12 large eggs
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
180g grated cheese such as mozzarella, cheddar, Monterey Jack or Gruyère, divided
200 g frozen vegetables such as: B. chopped broccoli, chopped spinach and/or peppers, thawed and patted very dry
3 links Italian-style plant-based sausage, diced
24 slices of whole wheat bread, toasted
Preparation steps:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and coat the parchment paper and sides of the pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, salt, garlic powder, and 3/4 cup cheese until well blended. Season with pepper.
- Place the tray on the oven rack and carefully pour the eggs into the tin. Sprinkle with the vegetables, sausage and remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes until the eggs are set in the middle.

Simple omelette recipe
This recipe is suitable for breakfast, lunch or brunch. It's also healthy with vegetables, cheese and milk. It's definitely delicious too!
Ingredients for 15 servings:
120 g sausage crumbs
80g red or green peppers, diced
1 Roma tomato, diced
3 green onions, chopped
60 g shredded reduced-fat or fat-free cheddar cheese
12 large eggs
120 g unsweetened almond milk or skim milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, unsweetened almond milk or skim milk, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
- Then sprinkle sausage crumbs, spring onions, diced tomatoes, diced peppers and cheese evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Slowly pour the egg mixture onto the baking sheet. Using a spatula, spread the egg mixture evenly onto the baking sheet.
- Bake18-22 minutes or until eggs are set. The eggs are ready to come out of the oven when they stop wobbling.
- Remove from oven. Let the eggs rest for a few minutes before cutting them into 15 omelet squares.
- Use the omelette squares for a breakfast sandwich or wrap, or as a side dish to your favorite breakfast.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
