In our article, we will tell you how you can create this fairytale drink all alone at home!
A rainbow latte not only looks adorable, it is also very healthy! The preparation is very simple - everything you need is different superfoods, powder and of course milk. Do you eat vegan or are not allowed to eat dairy products? The delicious drink is also suitable for them - simply replace the normal milk with nut milk.
Ingredients for Rainbow Latte:
- 300 ml of milk or nut milk of your choice (for example, cashew and oat milk)
- Spirulina powder for the blue color
- Beetroot powder for the pink nuances
- Turmeric powder for yellow
- Chlorella powder for green
- For the sweet - honey or agaven syrup to taste
Quick preparation
- Divide the milk in 4 parts of 50 ml.

- With blue and green, be sure to foam the milk first and only then add the powder - in this way the colors remain beautiful, strong and intense.
- Then gradually put the colored parts in a glass.

Refreshing variant for the hot summer days
Ingredients:
- 1 TL ROTE BETE PULVER
- 2 tl around
- 1 TL Spirulina Pulver
- 4 tablespoons of hot water
- 60 ml Hafermilch
- 60 ml of almond milk
- 60 ml of coconut milk
- Ice cubes
- Ginger powder to taste
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Agaven syrup or honey at will
Ice Rainbow Latte Preparation:
- Put the hot water in 3 small bowls and dissolve each of the 3 powder, whereby the ratio must be 1: 1 (1 tablespoon of powder to 1 tablespoon of water).
- Mix the beetroot mixture with oat milk.
- Mix the turmeric and almond milk.
- Add spirulina to the coconut milk.
- Fill a large glass with ice cubes and alternately fill up with the mixtures.
- First of all, beetroot comes in, followed by yellow turmeric and Spirulina comes to the end.
- Season with cayenne pepper, ginger and agave syrup and enjoy!

Rainbow cake or cakeEveryone knows now. How about a recipe for colorful and heavenly delicious rainbow cookies? This pastry is ideal for every children's birthday!
Ingredients:
- 380 grams butter, soft
- 500 grams of wheat flour
- 200 grams of sugar
- 3 owner
- Vanille aroma
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red, purple, blue, yellow, green and orange food coloring, liquid
- Colorful sugar sprinkles or other decorations of your choice
Preparation:
- Mix the butter until foamy with a hand mixer.
- Add the sugar and continue to stir until everything mixes well.
- Knead the eggs, vanilla and salt and stir until a smooth mass is created.
- Add the flour gradually.
- Form the dough into a large ball and divide into 6 portions that are getting bigger.
- Color each ball with different food coloring and knead well.
- Start with purple for the smallest portion of dough that comes in the middle of the cookies.
- Divide the smallest portion of dough and roll about 30 cm long strands from it.
- Divide the next largest ball into as many pieces and roll them out very thinly between cling film. Make sure that the length is 30 cm and the width fits around the purple dough.
- Wrap up and cut the remains.
- Process the remaining portions as well and wrap around the dough strand one after the other.
- Moisten the dough very easily with water and wrap it into cling film. Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Now roll the dough either in colorful sugar sprinkles or decorate it according to taste.
- Cut about 1 cm thick slices with a sharp knife and halve in the middle.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 13-15 minutes and let cool completely.
