- 100g melted butter
- 130 g Milch

How to bake the pastries quickly and easily
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, grease a baking dish and sprinkle it with some breadcrumbs.
- Peel apples, core them and cut them into pieces of approximately the same size.
- Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with two-thirds of the brown sugar.
- Fold in half of the almonds until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the dough for the apple pie by mixing the flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder, vanilla sugar and milk together.

- 2 large apples; washed, peeled, cored and cut into small pieces or wedges
- Juice and zest of half an organic lemon
- Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling (1 tbsp)
