- Cut the baguette into thin slices, place on a baking tray and brush with olive oil.

Ingredients:
- 15 thin slices of bread
- 90 grams bacon, finely chopped
- 300 grams tomatoes, cut into thin slices
- 200 grams yellow tomatoes, cut into thin slices
- 100 grams of mayonnaise or Big Mac sauce
- Some freshly chopped chives
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Cut the crust off the bread slices.
- Fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
- Mix the bacon, sauce and chives in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the sauce on 10 slices of bread and cover 5 of them with 1 red tomato slice each.
- Place 5 slices of bread on top and cover with yellow tomato slices.
- Place the remaining 5 slices of bread on top and secure with a toothpick.

- 600 grams of jumbo shrimp
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 100 grams of cream cheese or other spread of your choice
Preparation:
- Whisk the olive oil and spices together in a bowl and brush on the crackers. Let it steep for 10-15 minutes.
- In the meantime, grill the prawns on the grill or in a pan for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and drizzle with the lemon juice.

- Pre-boil the baby potatoes for 5-6 minutes and drain well.

Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
