Ingredients for four people:
- 1 can of cannellini beans
- 1 can of kidney or, even better, black beans

- 1 large red onion
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1 Avocado
- 1 root Paprika
- 1 green pepper

- 5-6 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp lime juice

- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 TL Chiliflocken
- Sea salt and freshly ground white pepper

Wash tomatoes and quarter or halve depending on size. Wash the parsley, drain it, shake it dry and chop only the leaves finely. Peel and chop the onion. De-seed the avocado and cut the flesh into small cubes. De-seed and dice the red and green peppers. Put everything in the bowl and mix well.
Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl and mix well with a whisk.
