Preparation:
- Fill the serving glasses with ice cubes and cranberrys.

- 12 cl Gin
- 1 pomegranate, juicy (approx. 60 ml of juice) + cores for garnish
- 60 ml freshly pressed orange juice
- 60 ml sparkling water
- 2 тL honey

Preparation:
- Place pomegranate juice, orange juice, honey and gin in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Close the lid and shake until the cocktail shaker is cold and condensed from the outside.

Ingredients:
For the rosemary syrup:
- 5 branches of rosemary (4 roughly cut, plus 1 whole for garnish)
- 60 g of sugar
- 125 ml of water
For 1 cocktail:
- 6 cl Gin
- 30 ml of rosmarin-sirup
- ½ lemon, only juice
- 1 bottle of soda water, for filling
- Cranberries for decorating
Preparation:
- Put the chopped rosemary, the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil so that the sugar dissolves. After 10 minutes of cooking from the stove and let the rosemary in the syrup be stuck so that the flavors can connect (30 minutes to overnight). The longer you let the syrup go, the stronger the rosemary.
- Fill a glass with ice cream. Add the gin, the lemon juice and the rosemary syrup. Stir, fill in with soda water and garnish with a branch of rosemary and cranberries.
Tipp:To prepare a jug, multiply the ingredients to the number of drinks required. Pour everything into a jug so that you can pour the desired amount of the cocktail mix into any glass and fill it with soda water.
