Okay, but let's be honest - the Christmas season can be pretty stressful and unfortunately we don't always have enough time to bake several cookies. But we don’t have to! How about a creamy winter dessert in a glass, for example? Orange tiramisu, pumpkin panna cotta, Baileys cheesecake and much more - is your mouth watering yet? Orange tiramisu as a winter dessert in a glass
Whether orange cookies, jam or orange liqueur –Orange recipesWinter is peak season and this orange tiramisu is simply the perfect winter dessert in a glass to pamper your loved ones with culinary delights.
Ingredients for 6 glasses:
- 3 organic oranges
- 200 grams of ladyfingers
- 300 grams of cream
- 250 Gramm Mascarpone
- 180 grams of sour cream
- 40 grams of sugar
- 100 ml water
- 50 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 30 ml orange liqueur
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- Cocoa powder for sprinkling.
Preparation:
- Grate the orange peel and cut the oranges into slices.
- Bring water, sugar and vanilla extract to a boil in a small saucepan and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and add the orange liqueur and orange juice.
- Beat the cream in a bowl with a hand mixer for 3-4 minutes until stiff.
- Add mascarpone, sour cream and vanilla sugar to the cream and mix well.
- Fold in the orange syrup and stir.
- Line 4 glasses with 3-4 ladyfingers each and add a layer of orange cream on top.
- Repeat the process and finally sprinkle with cocoa powder.
- Put the orange tiramisu in the fridge for 1 hour and your winter dessert in a glass is ready!
Mulled wine truffle recipe
Aromatic mulled wine as a winter dessert in a glass? What's not to love about it? We made this delicacy over the weekend and everyone was simply amazed!
Ingredients for 4 glasses:
- 600 grams of Greek yogurt, full fat
- 300 grams of curd
- 80 grams of honey
- 700 grams of frozen berry mix
- 400 ml mulled wine
- 50 grams of cornstarch
- 400 grams of raspberry jelly
Preparation:
- Mix Greek yogurt, quark and honey in a large bowl until smooth.
- Bring the mulled wine, frozen berries and raspberry jelly to the boil in a saucepan over medium heat and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Mix the cornstarch with a little water and pour into the pot, stirring occasionally.
- Let simmer until the mixture has thickened.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes.
- First layer the yoghurt cream in the glasses, then the berry mix and then the yoghurt cream again.
- Decorate the mulled wine truffles with speculoos cookies and fresh berries and enjoy!
Pumpkin Panna Cotta
Rich, creamy and light, this pumpkin panna cotta is an excellent winter dessert in a jar that you can easily make 3-4 days in advance and store in the fridge.
Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 ml milk
- 200 grams of whipped cream
- 130 grams of pumpkin puree
- 130 grams of brown sugar
- 1 THE Gelatinepowder
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon each of nutmeg, ginger, ground cloves and allspice
Preparation:
- Pour milk into a small bowl and sprinkle gelatin powder over it. Let stand for 5-6 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat and add gelatin mixture, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the pumpkin panna cotta into dessert glasses and place in the fridge for at least 40 minutes.
Eggnog cheesecake in a glass

Ingredients for the base:
- 130 grams of butter biscuits, ground
- 50 grams of sugar
- 40 grams butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon each cinnamon and nutmeg
Cheesecake:
- 450 grams of cream cheese, at room temperature
- 150 grams of sugar
- 2 Owner
- 40 grams of sour cream
- 40 grams of cream
- 30 grams of flour
- 80 ml eggnog
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
- 1/2 teaspoon each cinnamon and nutmeg
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
- Mix the ingredients for the base in a large bowl until smooth and divide into 8 ovenproof glasses. Put in the fridge.
- For the cheesecake filling, mix the cream cheese and sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Add eggs and mix.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a hand mixer for 3-4 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the filling between the glasses.
- Bake the eggnog cheesecake in a water bath for 15 minutes and allow to cool completely.
- Garnish with whipped cream and enjoy!
Healthy winter dessert in a glass with persimmons

- 100 grams of sugar
- 60 ml Baileys
- 30 grams of cocoa powder
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
Sahne-Topping:
- 300 ml whipped cream
- 40 ml Baileys
- 20 grams of cocoa powder
- 20 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
Preparation:
- Mix Oreos and butter into a crumbly mixture and divide half between 4 glasses. Put in the fridge.
- For the cheesecake filling, beat the cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with a whisk until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, Baileys and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Place all topping ingredients in a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer on high for 3-4 minutes until stiff.
- Spread half of the cheesecake filling on the base and top with cream.
- Layer the base, cheesecake and cream again and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- And voilà – your Baileys cheesecake in a glass is ready!
