Ingredients:

  • 125 grams of wheat flour
  • 185 Gramm Butter
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate
  • 280 grams of powdered sugar

Fudge Glaze:

  • 380 grams of dark chocolate
  • 185 grams of condensed milk
  • 25 Gramm Butter

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and line a 20 cm diameter baking pan with baking paper.
  • Melt butter, dark chocolate and powdered sugar in a water bath until you get a homogeneous mass.
  • Remove the pot from the heat and stir in Baileys.
  • Add flour and mix briefly.
  • Add eggs and beat with a whisk for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  • To make the fudge glaze, melt the chocolate, condensed milk, butter and Baileys in a saucepan over medium heat and remove from the heat.
  • Mix with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  • Spread the icing on the brownie and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.

This creamy no-bake Baileys cheesecake comes with a crispy Oreo base and tastes simply delicious. Ultra creamy, chocolaty and super easy to make – sounds like that to usfor the perfect dessert.

Ingredients for the base:

  • 300 grams of Oreo cookies
  • 75 grams butter, melted
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt

Filling:

  • 500 grams of cream cheese, full fat
  • 75 grams of powdered sugar
  • 300 grams of whipped cream
  • 50 ml Baileys

Chocolate ganache:

  • 100 grams of whipped cream
  • 150 grams of dark chocolate
  • 30 ml Baileys

Preparation:

  • For the base, chop the Oreo cookies in a blender and then mix them in a large bowl with the butter and vanilla extract until you get a crumbly mixture.
  • Line a 20 cm diameter round baking tin with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly on top.
  • Press firmly and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  • For the filling, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add whipped cream and beat until stiff for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Add Baileys and stir briefly.
  • Spread the filling on the base and smooth it out. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • To make the ganache, heat the whipped cream and Baileys in a saucepan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until you get a homogeneous mass.

  • 250 ml milk, full fat
  • 250 ml Sahne
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 125 ml Baileys

Preparation:

  • Bring milk, cream and vanilla extract to the boil in a saucepan.
  • Once it starts boiling, turn off the heat and add sugar.
  • Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Add Baileys and stir.
  • Next, add gelatin powder to the pot and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture into 4-5 serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 5-6 hours.

Baileys Recipe: The Best Baileys-Tiramisu

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of ladyfingers
  • 10 Gramm Espressopulver
  • 350 ml boiling water
  • 250 ml Baileys
  • 500 Gramm Mascarpone
  • 75 grams of powdered sugar
  • 2 Owner
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
  • Cocoa powder for sprinkling

Baileys Tiramisu Preparation:

  • Dissolve espresso powder in water.
  • Mix coffee and 175 ml Baileys in a bowl.
  • Dip the ladyfingers into the mixture and spread them over the bottom of a square mold.
  • Separate the eggs and only keep the one white.
  • Beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer for 6-8 minutes until you get a thick and light yellow mixture.
  • Add the remaining Baileys and mascarpone and stir until smooth.
  • Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff and add to the mascarpone cream. Stir until smooth.
  • Spread the cookies with half of the cream.
  • Then dip the remaining cookies into the Baileys mixture and repeat the process.
  • Cover the pan with aluminum foil and chill for at least 4 hours.
  • Sprinkle the Baileys Tiramisu with cocoa powder and enjoy!

Baileys chocolate truffles

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of dark chocolate
  • 300 grams of milk chocolate
  • 300 ml Sahne
  • 200 ml Baileys

Decoration:

  • 300 grams of milk chocolate
  • 50 grams of white chocolate

Preparation:

  • For the pralines, chop the dark and milk chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl.
  • Bring the cream and Baileys to the boil in a small saucepan and remove from the heat.
  • Pour the cream mixture over the chocolate and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir well until you get a smooth and shiny mixture.
  • Chill for 20-30 minutes.
  • Form 30 small chocolates and place them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Melt the milk chocolate and dip the Baileys pralines in it.
  • Finally, melt the white chocolate and decorate the truffles with it.
  • Let it set in the fridge for 20 minutes and enjoy!
