Would you like a change to the classic cheese-leek soup? Then you have to try our minced meat cheese soup with tomatoes: hearty, creamy and fruity at the same time!

Because it is made so quickly and easily-and just always tastes good-I like to cook a delicious cheese-garlic soup. So that the same ingredients do not always hike into my soup pot, I modified the classic a little. And Tada-the cheese hack soup was born with tomatoes.

Recipe for a fast hack cheese soup with tomatoes

Fruity tomatoes, spicy minced meat and creamy melting cheese: With this dish you just open your heart! While the fried minced meat ensures saturation, the tomato-chewing broth just makes you happy. Be sure to try it out!

You need these ingredients for four portions:

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 peppers, root
  • 2 away
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 600 ml beef stock or vegetable stock
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 200 g of melting cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of sour
  • Salt, pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Garlic, granulated
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

And so the preparation succeeds:

1. First pull off the onion and garlic, then chop both finely. Wash the peppers, remove the green and the core and cut the pulp into strips.

Place the oil in a soup pot and heat, then fry the minced meat in it. As soon as it is crumbly, the onions can be added. Steam these glassy, ​​then add the garlic and peppers. After about three minutes, deglaze everything with the stock and simmer for ten minutes.

3. In the next step, the dosing tomatoes can also be poured and stirred up. Let the whole thing simmer over medium heat for a quarter of an hour.

4. Now stir in the melting cheese until it has dissolved in the brew. Then you can add to the sour cream. Bring everything to the boil. Season the soup with the specified spices and spread the soup over four plates. Sprinkle with fresh, chopped parsley - done!
