Prepared in the Thermomix, the classic cheese leek soup with minced meat is not only a real feast for the palate, but also very easy and quick. So cooking becomes child's play.

Thermomix recipe for cheese-garlic soup

You love cheese-garlic soup, but do you feel like a change? Then try our recipe for one.

Ingredients for approx. 4 portions:

  • 2 away
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 rods leek
  • 400 g melting cheese, herbs
  • 700 ml of vegetable broth
  • 1 TL nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper

This is how the preparation succeeds:

1. First peel the clove of garlic, give it through a press or chop finely. Put the garlic, oil and minced meat in the mixing bowl. Season vigorously with salt and pepper. Then fry for approx. 5 minutes at 160 ° C, left -wing skating, level 1.

2. In the meantime, cut the leek into rings about finger width, then wash thoroughly under running water. Drain briefly and put it in the mixing bowl to the minced meat. Steam for 5 minutes at 100 ° C, left -wing skating, level 1.

3. Now pour in the vegetable broth and cook everything for 15 minutes, 100 ° C, left -wing skating, level 1.

4. Then stir in the melting cheese, for 5 minutes, 100 ° C, left -hand skating, level 2. Season the soup with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
