Pasta casserole "Salami Pizza": Little effort, maximum pleasure

Salami is not only a real feast for the palam on pizza! In combination with noodles, too, it is doing really well. Our recipe for Salami casserole tastes unbeatably tasty and is easy.

Whether as a main course for the whole family or as a quick dinner after a long working day: our Salami noodle casserole is a real all-rounder! With his simple preparation, it is ideally suited for both experienced chefs and beginners.

Thanks to its uncomplicated ingredients, the casserole is also ready in no time. Most of the work actually does your oven. Practical, right? So grab your aprons, heat the oven in front and off we go.

Recipe for Salami Course

We present the basic recipe for our delicious Salami casserole here. That means: minimal effort, hardly any snippet work and simple ingredients. If you like the casserole a little more colorful, you can of course add vegetables.

You need that for about 2 portions:

  • 250 g NUDLN, ZB Makkarnia
  • 250 G Salami
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 500 g passed tomatoes
  • 200 g grated cheese, e.g. Gouda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika powder
  • 1/2 Teelöffel Thymian
  • 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Some oil to fry
  • Optional: fresh parsley

This is how the recipe succeeds:

1. Put on a pot with plenty of water and salt vigorously. As soon as the water boils, add the pasta and cook a little shorter than specified on the pack.

2. In the meantime, pull off the onion and cut into fine cubes. Steam in a pan with a little oil until it becomes glassy. Towards the end of the garlic through a press and fry with.

3. Add the tomatoes passed and season with paprika powder, oregano, thyme, sugar, salt and pepper.

4. Drain the pasta and pour to the tomato sauce. Cut the salami into bite -sized pieces and also add. Stir vigorously and then in a baking dish (about this from Amazon*) distribute.

5. Wash off the tomatoes, quarter or cut them into slices and spread them on the casserole. Then put the cheese over it and everything in the preheated oven220 °CBake for about 20 minutes until the cheese is already golden brown.

6. Take out of the oven, let it cool down and serve. If you want, you can spread some fresh parsley on top. A green salad fits.
