Follow these simple steps:
- Color and cut out! (Glue the party hat together and set it aside until the end.)
- Eyes, nose and mouth with glue stick on the fullAttach toilet paper roll!
- Cut out 2 empty toilet paper rolls and insert them into the full roll to make the clown's hair! (You'll need to cut them all the way down one side to fit the full roll). If you don't have empty toilet paper rolls, use yarn or anything else you have that works.
