In a bowl, combine butter, cheddar, flour, cornmeal and cayenne pepper until the consistency of soft sand. Stir in the egg with a fork until the dough becomes firm. Then turn the dough out onto baking paper, line it with a second sheet of baking paper and press it into a 1 cm thick circle. Freeze the dough for 15 minutes and then roll it out into a rectangle. Place in the freezer for another 15 minutes. In the meantime, paint the almond flakes black if desired and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and take the dough out of the freezer. Peel off the top sheet of baking paper and cut the dough into strips to form the shape of fingers. Use a sharp knife to shape knuckles and shape the almonds into fingernails. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Now stir 1 piece of butter into the buffalo sauce until you have a smooth and thick sauce.
Meatball Mummies
Another easy finger food idea: meatball mummies. Wrap strips of puff pastry around each meatball. Leave a gap for your eyes. Place the wrapped meatballs on an ungreased large baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 13 to 17 minutes, until the dough has turned golden brown. - 12 eggs, size L
- 100 g Mayonnaise
- the juice of half a lemon

Place the eggs in a large pot and cover completely with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat and once the water is boiling, cook the eggs for about 9 minutes. Then drain and rinse with cold water. Then peel the eggs carefully. The egg white should remain smooth. Now halve the hard-boiled eggs, remove the yolks with a spoon and place them in a bowl. Place the egg whites on a serving platter. Then mash the egg yolks with a fork and stir in the mayonnaise, lemon juice and Dijon mustard. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and spread over the egg whites with a spoon. Finally, sprinkle the egg yolk mixture with paprika powder and use a small piece of chives as a stem to create the pumpkin look.

Ingredients:
- Bananas or strawberries
