6. Fifth day of fasting:

  • in the morning: decaffeinated coffee without sugar

This is how you can make turmeric tea yourself: 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 lemon, 250 ml water, pinch of ginger, cinnamon and black pepper (mixed). Pour all ingredients into a pot and heat. Stir well, remove the pot from the heat and strain the tea. Allow to cool to room temperature and then drink.

Green tea is often listed as a substitute for turmeric tea in detox plans. It has a similar effect and can relieve the symptoms of fatty liver disease.
