Unfortunately, there is a new crisis: the war between Ukraine and Russia makes it up to date again. Especially in the center of the event, the capital Kyiv, there is an emergency situation. This sight arouses the question “What if ...?”. Not everyone can and wants to flee and should therefore always have a good emergency supply at home. The Federal Government has long published recommendations and a list of the most important foods that you should always have in the house. This list is not only intended for a possible state of war, but for emergency situations of any kind and should guarantee sufficient supply for at least 10 days. We show what the stock should look like.
The stock for emergencies is therefore intended to get by without buying for at least 10 days in an emergency. For this purpose, non -durable foods and those that are vacuumed are essential. Even an emergency case should always be available and contain the most important medication and other things for first aid. We list out which these are.
