- 250 ml milk, room temperature

- Mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and speculoos spice in a bowl and gradually add to the egg mixture. Stir in briefly at the lowest level.
- Pour the dough into the springform pan and smooth it out. Bake for about 30 minutes and let cool.
- Cut the cooled base once horizontally with a sharp knife.
- Put the speculoos in a freezer bag and chop it up. Mix espresso and almond liqueur in a small bowl.
- For the cream, beat the cream and gelatine in a bowl for 4-5 minutes until stiff.
- Mix the mascarpone with the quark, sugar, orange juice, zest and spices and fold in the cream. Stir until smooth.
- Soak one base with about a third of the liquid and spread a third of the mascarpone cream on top.
- Add crumbled speculoos biscuits to the cream and soak them again by a third.
- Spread half of the cream on top and place the second layer on top.
- Soak with the remaining potion and smooth out the remaining cream.
- Place the tiramisu cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
