In the morning, stir in the sweetened condensed milk and the grated apples.

For our recipe you need the following ingredients: 1 apple, 60g oat flakes, 400 ml plant milk, 1 teaspoon linseed oil, 3 tablespoons raisins, 60 g hazelnuts or walnuts, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 100 g plant-based yogurt of your choice and the juice of half a lemon .
