Ingredients for 16 brownies:

  • 115 grams almond flour
  • 25 grams of cocoa powder
  • 120 grams butter or coconut oil, melted
  • 2 Owner
  • 100 Gramm Erythrit
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Chocolate ganache:

  • 100 grams of sugar-free dark chocolate
  • 120 grams of whipped cream

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and line a square baking pan with baking paper.
  • Whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
  • Mix eggs, butter and vanilla extract in a separate bowl with a whisk for 3-4 minutes until smooth.
  • Add the butter mixture to the dry ingredients and work everything into a homogeneous dough. If you like, you can add some chopped chocolate or nuts.
  • Pour the dough into the baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely.
  • To make the chocolate ganache, heat the chocolate and whipped cream over medium heat until glossy.
  • Spread the icing on the low carb brownies and enjoy!

Vegan chickpea brownies without flour

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 can of 400 grams of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 55 grams of coconut oil
  • 50 grams of cocoa powder
  • 125 grams of applesauce
  • 150 grams of coconut blossom sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation:

  • 220 grams of dates, pitted
  • 60 grams of walnuts or almonds
  • 50 grams of pistachios
  • 25 grams of coconut flakes
  • 10 grams of chia seeds
  • 20 grams of cocoa powder
  • 15 grams coconut oil, melted
  • 30 grams dried cranberries
  • 90 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation:

  • Add the dates, walnuts and half of the pistachios to the blender and blend for 1 minute.
  • Add coconut flakes, chia seeds, cocoa powder, coconut oil and vanilla extract and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  • If the mixture is too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk.
