Dessert with fresh oranges: orange cream with mascarpone

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 Bio-Orange
  • 500 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 200 Gramm Mascarpone
  • 120 grams of whipped cream
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar or 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pack of vanilla flavored pudding powder

Preparation:

  • Prepare the pudding powder with the orange juice in a pot according to the package instructions and let it cool completely - stirring occasionally.
  • Beat the cream and sugar in a large bowl with a hand mixer until stiff and place in the refrigerator.
  • Add the mascarpone and vanilla sugar to the cooled pudding mixture and mix well with a wooden spoon.
  • Carefully fold in the cream and the grated orange peel
  • Pour the orange cream into glasses and garnish with grated chocolate if desired.
  • Place in the fridge until ready to serve and enjoy!

Speculoos orange cheesecake in a glass

Aromatic speculoos cookies, fruity oranges and a delicious cream – this speculoos and orange cheesecake sounds like the perfect one to usWinter dessert in a glass, or?

Ingredients:

  • 10 speculoos cookies
  • 20 grams butter, melted

Cheesecake cream:

  • 150 grams of mascarpone or cream cheese
  • 220 grams of quark
  • 40 grams of honey
  • 200 grams of whipped cream
  • 1 EL Sahnesteif
  • 10 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • The grated peel of 1 orange

Orange sauce:

  • 1 organic orange, peeled
  • 50 ml freshly squeezed orange juice or orange liqueur
  • 1 pack of vanilla custard powder without cooking
  • Some grated orange peel

Preparation:

  • Finely crumble the speculoos cookies, mix with the butter and divide into 4 dessert glasses. Place glasses in the refrigerator.
  • Puree the orange with the vanilla sauce powder, orange juice and orange peel in a blender.
  • Mix the quark, honey, mascarpone and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Beat the cream with the cream stiffener and powdered sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer until stiff.
  • Carefully fold half of the cream into the mascarpone mixture and mix well.
  • Layer the orange cream and the sauce alternately in the glasses and finish with the sauce.
  • Garnish with the remaining cream, speculoos cookies and orange slices.
  • And your dessert with fresh oranges is ready!

Orange pudding recipe

Airy, light and fruity - this orange pudding is also an excellent dessert with fresh oranges if you want to spoil your family with something special. We tried the recipe over the weekend and everyone really loved it!

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 350 ml milk
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 egg, yolk and white separated
  • 45 grams of cornstarch
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation:

  • Grate the peel from 1 orange and squeeze the 2 oranges.
  • Mix orange juice with egg yolk and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
  • Bring the milk and sugar to the boil in a small saucepan over medium heat and add the cornstarch mixture.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has thickened.
  • Beat the egg white and salt in a bowl with a hand mixer for 3-4 minutes until stiff and carefully fold into the cream.
  • Divide the orange pudding into 4 glasses and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • Enjoy!

Orange crème brulée recipe

Would you prefer something a little more decadent? How about an orange crème brulée, for example? This version of the classic tastes incredibly good and is a great dessert with fresh oranges for the coming holidays.

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 750 ml whipped cream
  • 60 grams of powdered sugar
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 20 ml orange liqueur
  • 80 grams of brown sugar
  • The grated peel of 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract

Preparation:

  • Bring the orange peel, milk, cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the boil in a small saucepan while stirring.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and let it steep for 1 hour.
  • Whisk the egg yolks and add the cream mixture through a fine sieve.
  • Whisk everything well with a whisk and fold in the orange liqueur.
  • Pour the mixture into 8 ramekins and place in a pan.
  • Preheat the oven to 140 degrees and pour hot water into the pan until the molds are about 2 cm below the edge in the water bath.
  • Allow the orange crème brulée to set for 60-70 minutes and place, covered, in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, sprinkle the orange crème brulée with brown sugar and flame until golden brown.
  • Serve the dessert with fresh oranges immediately and enjoy.

Dessert with fresh oranges: chocolate orange mousse recipe

Fruity desserts are not for you and you prefer something a little more chocolaty? Then we have the perfect dessert with fresh oranges for you! Ready in no time, aromatic and wonderfully decadent - this chocolate orange mousse is a sweet tooth's dream come true!

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • The juice and zest of 2 oranges
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate, chopped finely
  • 300 grams of whipped cream
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 20 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt

Preparation:

  • Place the chocolate, orange juice and zest and vanilla extract in a heatproof bowl and melt in a double boiler over medium heat until you get a glossy mixture.
  • Let the mixture cool for 20-30 minutes and stir in the egg yolks.
  • Beat the cream in a bowl with a hand mixer for 3-4 minutes until stiff and fold about three quarters of it into the chocolate mixture. Store remaining cream in the refrigerator.
  • Beat the egg whites and sugar in a bowl until stiff and carefully add to the chocolate mixture. Mix with a wooden spoon.
  • Divide the chocolate-orange mousse into 6 glasses and garnish with the remaining cream.
  • Garnish with a little orange peel and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
