- 1 EL Chilipulver
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Pico de Gallo:
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 100 grams tomatoes, diced small
- 30 grams fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional, but recommended)
- Salt and pepper
Coriander sauce:
- 60 grams of sour cream
- 60 grams of Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 20 grams fresh coriander, chopped finely
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Mix chicken, olive oil, garlic cloves, lime juice and spices in a bowl until well combined.
- Heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the heat, let cool slightly and cut into small cubes.
- To make the pico de gallo, combine onions, tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Mix the ingredients for the coriander sauce in a bowl until smooth.
- Bake tortillas in a pan for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Then put some chicken in each tortilla, top with pico de gallo and spread some cilantro sauce over it.

- 500 grams of chicken breast

- 45 Gramm Butter

- 130 grams of Parmesan, finely grated
- 1 tsp Italian herbs

- 500 Gramm Fettuccine
Preparation:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta until al dente according to the package instructions.
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and mix with the olive oil and spices in a bowl.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Melt butter in the same pan and sauté garlic cloves for 1 minute.
- Add the cream and herbs and bring to the boil.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the cream is reduced. - Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chicken to pan and mix well.
