Ingredients for 15-17 vegetable balls:
- 100 grams of oatmeal
- 100 grams of zucchini, finely grated
- 120 grams of carrots, finely grated
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped small
- 2 spring onions, chopped small
- 160 grams of peas from the can
- 100 grams of breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder and dried oregano each
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Rinse the peas with water, put it in a blender and puree finely.
- Place zucchini, carrots, cloves of garlic, spring onions and oatmeal in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add the pea puree and spices and mix everything into a sticky mass.
- Cover the mixture with cling film and let it pull through in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and lay out a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Form small balls from the mixture with damp hands and roll them in the breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Ingredients:
- 450 grams of potatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 spring onions
- 70 grams of cheddar cheese, dilated small
- 1 no
- 70 grams of breadcrumbs or ground oatmeal
- 1 TL paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Cook the potatoes in a large saucepan for 15-20 minutes and then crush it with a potato stamping.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and lay out a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Put spring onions, cloves of garlic, olive oil and spices in a bowl and add potatoes. Mix everything well.

Ingredients:
- 300 grams of arborio rice
- 180 grams of pumpkin puree
- 120 grams Parmesan, finely grated
- 1 small onion, chopped small
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped small
- 60 ml white wine
- 700 ml of vegetable broth
- 225 Gramm mozzarella
- 2 owner
- 60 grams of wheat flour
- 100 grams of breadcrumbs
Preparation:
- Heat a little butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the rice and stir slightly.
- Put the white wine in the pan and stir.
- Gradually add the vegetable broth until the liquid is completely absorbed.
- Season with salt and pepper and remove from the stove.
- Mix in the pumpkin puree and parmesan and mix well. Place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 190 grams and lay out a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
- Take around 2 tablespoons of the rice mix, press flat and put some mozzarella in the middle.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl, whisk the flour and breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
- Form 18 small balls, dive into the beaten eggs and roll in the breadcrumbs.
- Bake the vegetable balls with rice for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and enjoy!
Vegetable balls from the oven with chickpeas and bulgur

- 400 grams of chickpeas
- 100 Gramm Bulgur
- 1 small onion, chopped small

- 50 grams of breadcrumbs

Preparation:
