  • 1 kg boneless, skinless chicken thighs

For the marinade:

  • 130 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon cumin, ground
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, dried
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper or to taste

Garnish:

  • 4 Ribbons
  • 80 g Zaziki
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 120 g halved cherry tomatoes

Preparation:

  1. Marinate chicken: Place the chicken and marinade ingredients in a large freezer bag. Squeeze the bag to mix all the ingredients and place in the refrigerator. Marinate the meat for 1 – 4 hours.
