If this is too complicated or time-consuming for you, you can simply bake normal pancakes and decorate them spookily to your heart's content.
Ingredients for 14-16 pancakes:
- 300 grams of wheat flour
- 2 Owner
- 400 ml milk
- 50 grams of sugar
- 1 pack of baking powder
- Small chocolate droplets
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- oil for frying
Preparation:
- Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk together eggs, milk and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir everything into a smooth dough.
- Lightly coat a large skillet with oil and place over medium-high heat.
- Using a spoon, spoon the dough into the pan to form a ghost like the one in the photo above.
- Bake for 2-3 minutes until small bubbles form.
- Place the chocolate drops for the eyes on top and turn.
- Bake for another 1-2 minutes and your Halloween pancakes are ready!
Pumpkin donuts as bats
The only thing scary about these bat donuts is how easy they are to make. Depending on how much time and desire you have, you can bake the donuts yourself or get pre-made ones from the bakery. Ingredients for 12 donuts:
- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 100 grams of sugar
- 150 grams of pumpkin puree
- 120 ml milk
- 1 pack of baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- Edible googly eyes
- Mini Oreo Kekse
- Chocolate icing for decorating (optional)
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and spray a donut mold with baking spray.
- Mix wheat flour, sugar and pumpkin puree in a large bowl until smooth.
- Gradually add milk and stir until smooth.
- Add cinnamon, baking powder and salt and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the donut molds and then bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Allow the pumpkin donuts to cool slightly and decorate with chocolate icing if desired.
- Cut the Oreo cookies in half and stick them into the sides of the donuts to form wings.

Preparation:

Ingredients for 3 spinach tortillas:
- 380 grams of wheat flour
- 200 grams frozen spinach, thawed
- 40 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Salt and pepper
Filling:
- 8-10 slices of ham
- 30 grams of cream cheese
- 50 grams of cheddar cheese, grated
- Römersalat
- Salt and pepper
Decoration:
- sliced cheese
- 6 slices each of cucumber, carrot and black olives
- Root Peppers
- Tortilla-Chips
Preparation:
- For the spinach wraps, mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
- Puree the spinach with the oil in a blender and add to the flour mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper and stir into a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into 8 balls, wrap with cling film and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out dough balls thinly and heat a pan over medium heat.
- Bake the dough flatbreads for 3-4 minutes until small bubbles form.
- Turn the spinach wraps over and bake for 1 minute.
- Mix the ingredients for the filling in a bowl until smooth and spread on the wraps.
- Fold into a rectangle and cut into 2 halves.

Pie Crust Ingredients:
- 280 grams of wheat flour
- 20 grams of sugar
- 150 grams cold butter, cut into small pieces
- 90 ml cold water
- A pinch of salt
Pumpkin filling:
- 120 grams of pumpkin puree
- 1 No
- 1 egg yolk
- 30 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 70 grams of brown sugar
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
- 1/2 teaspoon each cinnamon and nutmeg
Preparation:
- For the pie crust, combine flour, salt and sugar in a mixer.
- Add butter and mix for 20 seconds until you get a crumbly mixture.
- Add water and stir into a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into 10 small pieces and then shape into balls.
- Wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for 50 minutes.
- Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Roll out the dough balls and cut out pumpkin shapes with a cookie cutter.
- Place half of the pumpkins on a baking tray lined with baking paper and carve out the pumpkin faces on the other half as shown in the photo.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Spread the filling over the dough and place the faces on top.
- Press the edges with a fork and brush with a little water.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy and your mini pumpkin pies are ready for a delicious Halloween breakfast!
