  • 240 grams of wheat flour

  • 300 ml milk

  • A pinch of salt
  • 240 grams of Greek yogurt
  • 200 grams of fresh berries or other fruit of your choice

Preparation:

  • Whisk together wheat flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, butter and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Gradually add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix everything into a smooth dough. If the dough is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk until you reach the desired consistency.
