Preparation:

  1. Cut the apple into 1 cm thick slices.

  3. Peel the banana and orange and cut them into pieces.

Banana chocolate bites

These bite-sized frozen banana and chocolate bites area super easy snack. They can be prepared quickly and stored well in the freezer for longer.

Ingredients:

2 bananas
200g milk chocolate
Zuckerstreusel
Water
baking paper

Preparation:

  1. First melt the chocolate in a water bath. Bring some water to a boil in a pot and then remove it from the heat. Place a bowl of chocolate in the pot. Stir until the chocolate has completely melted.
  2. Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Place them on a sheet of baking paper and pour chocolate over each piece.
  3. While the chocolate is still liquid, decorate with sugar sprinkles. Place in the freezer to allow the chocolate to solidify.

Store in the freezer in a closed container for up to 1 month.

Yoghurt fruit ice cream bites

Ingredients:

You can adapt the recipe to your taste and also add some powdered sugar. Try dried fruit or use soy yogurt as a lactose-free version of the snacks.

Using a spoon, spoon some yoghurt into each muffin cup and then add the berries. Then place the muffin tin in the freezer for a few hours.

Zucchini cheese chips

Fresh zucchini slices are rolled in breadcrumbs and then fried in the pan on both sides until they are golden brown. You can serve the zucchini chips with a mayo-yoghurt dip.

Ingredients:

50 g Flour

50 g cheese (grated)

Preparation:

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, add the breadcrumbs and grated cheese.
  3. Peel the zucchini and cut into thin slices.
  4. Dredge each slice first in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the zucchini slices for 1 minute on each side.

Vegetable rolls in rice leaves with yogurt dip

Ingredients:

200 g Yoghurt
1 TL Dijon-Mustard
Juice of half a lemon

Preparation:

  3. Briefly dip the rice leaves in lukewarm water and place them on kitchen paper to drain.
  4. Cover each rice leaf with a bundle of vegetables and then roll it up tightly.

Chocolate bowls with fruit

Ingredients:

300g chocolate
Balloons
Water
Berries (fresh or frozen)
1 Banana

whipped cream

These bowls are made entirely of chocolate and are ideal for parties and birthdays!

  1. First inflate the balloons. Melt the chocolate over a water bath and then let it cool down a little.
  2. Line a cutting board with baking paper.
  3. Using a spoon, spread the chocolate in circles onto the paper.
  4. DieDip the balloons into the lukewarm chocolate. Turn it around once and place it upright on the chocolate circles.
  5. Place in the freezer to allow the chocolate to solidify.
  6. When the chocolate has hardened, pierce the top of the balloons with a needle close to the knot. Remove the remains of the balloon from the shells.
  7. Fill the chocolate shells with fruit and garnish with whipped cream.

Pea and oatmeal patties

Ingredients:

150 g peas (canned)
50g oat flakes
50 g feta cheese
100 g cream cheese

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients – peas, oatmeal and cottage cheese.
  3. Puree everything until smooth with a stirrer.
  4. Heat the oil and add 1 tablespoon of the dough to the pan.
  5. Turn the patties as soon as bubbles appear.
  6. Roast until golden brown.

Red lentil dip

Ingredients:

200 g root lentils
400 ml water
100 g cheese (grated)
50 g breadcrumbs
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
Pfeffer
Tortillas
4 carrots (peeled)

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pot.
  2. Finely dice the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Wash and add the lentils. Fry briefly.
  4. Deglaze with water and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Let the lentils cool and then puree them finely with a hand blender.
  6. Stir in the grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
  7. Serve with carrot sticks and tortilla.

Cauliflower quinoa pancakes

Ingredients:

150 g cauliflower rice
150 g quinoa (cooked)
50 g cheese (grated)

1 onion (chopped small)
Cherry tomatoes

Pfeffer
1 TL Oregano
Butter

Quinoa is a good source of protein, meaning it provides the majority of the essential amino acids our bodies need. It is also gluten-free and high in fiber. The combination of protein from the quinoa and the eggs and fat from the cheese keeps you full for a long time.

First, the cauliflower needs to be broken down into tiny little pieces. Your kids may not even realize that these healthy snacks are made from cauliflower! Either grate the cauliflower with a square grater or chop it finely in a food processor.

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients – the cauliflower rice, the cooked quinoa, the chopped onion.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
  4. Melt the butter and add 1 tablespoon of the dough to the pan.
  5. Toast until golden brown on each side.
  6. Serve with cherry tomatoes.

You can also bake the cauliflower quinoa bites in a muffin tin in the oven. Spray a little oil into each well of a 12-cup muffin tin and place a large spoonful of the mixture into each well. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Allow the quinoa bites to cool slightly and firm up before attempting to remove them from the muffin tin.
