Ingredients for 4 glasses
For layering:
- 350 grams of chocolate gingerbread
- 80 ml Kirschsaft
Creme:
- 300 Gramm Mascarpone
- 300 grams of quark, 20% fat
- 50 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice
preparation
- For the cream, put all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir with a whisk until smooth.
- Roughly crumble the chocolate gingerbread with your hands and divide about a third of it into 4 glasses.
- Drizzle the mixture with cherry juice and add a layer of cream on top.
Cover with another third of the gingerbread and drizzle again with cherry juice. - Then spread the remaining cream onto the glasses as the top layer.
- Let the gingerbread dessert sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight.
- Then decorate with remaining gingerbread crumbs and other sweets of your choice and voilà – your gingerbread dessert in a glass is ready!
Gingerbread and raspberry dessert in a glass
Aromatic and juicy gingerbread meets sweet raspberries - this gingerbread dessert in a glass with raspberries is a feast for the senses and provides a real taste explosion after the first spoonful. If you don't have raspberries, you can also use strawberries or blueberries.
Ingredients for 4 servings
Gingerbread:
- 100 grams of wheat flour
- 10 grams of cocoa powder
- 75 grams of sugar
- 100 Gramm Butter
- 2 Owner
- 50 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
- 1 tsp baking powder
Raspberries and cream filling:
- 200 grams of raspberries
- 80 grams of preserving sugar
- 100 grams of yogurt
- 100 grams of cream
- 100 grams of cream cheese

- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- 50 grams of sugar
preparation
- First we have toPrepare gingerbread. To do this, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a springform pan with baking paper.
- Mix the sugar and butter in a bowl with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until foamy and gradually add the eggs.
- Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl and add to the egg mixture alternately with the milk.
- Pour the batter into the springform pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- In the meantime, puree the raspberries and stir with the preserving sugar with a whisk until smooth. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- For the cream, beat the cream and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer for 3-4 minutes until stiff.
- Mix the yogurt, cream cheese, quark and sugar in another bowl and carefully fold in the whipped cream.
- Cut out 8 bases from the cake using a glass.
- Then layer the cake circles, raspberry sauce and cream alternately in the glasses.
- Store the gingerbread and raspberry dessert in the glass in the refrigerator until serving.

Orange gingerbread tiramisu in a glass
Whether fresh as a healthy snack ordried orange slicesas a Christmas decoration - oranges are simply a part of the Christmas season. Serve our orange gingerbread tiramisu in a glass for the perfect end to the feast. For this recipe we will bake gingerbread ourselves, but if you don't have the time or inclination, you can use gingerbread from the supermarket.
Ingredients 4 glasses
Gingerbread:
- 130 grams of rye flour
- 130 grams of sugar
- 1 No

- 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Tiramisu:
- 200 grams of gingerbread
- 500 ml whipped cream
- 300 grams of Greek yogurt
- 20 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- 4 oranges
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
preparation
- Place all the ingredients for the sheet cakes in a large bowl and knead into a smooth dough using the dough hook of the hand mixer.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out cookies.
- Brush with an egg and sprinkle with sliced almonds if desired.
- Bake the gingerbread for 10 minutes and let cool slightly.
- For the tiramisu, carefully fillet the oranges and collect the juice in a bowl.
- Caramelize orange slices with vanilla sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan for 5 minutes (this step is optional, but totally changes the taste).
- In the meantime, beat the cream and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until stiff and slowly fold in the yoghurt.
- Roughly crumble the gingerbread and briefly dip it in the orange juice.
- Then layer the gingerbread, oranges and cream alternately in the glasses and your orange gingerbread tiramisu is ready in the glass.
