Speculoos pralines with cream cheese: 3 praline recipes to melt into!

Sure – freshly baked and crispy cookies are a Christmas classic and should not be missing from the festive table. But fine chocolates with a wide variety of fillings are also a real feast for the senses. And no – it doesn’t always have to be the ready-made stuff from the supermarket. With the right recipe, absolutely anyone can make their own pralines and we promise you – you will love our recipes for speculoos pralines with cream cheese!

After wethe angel eyes recipeAfter baking Grandma's style, we're now in the mood for something decadent. These speculoos pralines with cream cheese and nuts melt in your mouth and provide a real taste explosion.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of speculoos cookies
  • 40 grams of cream cheese
  • 10 grams of coconut oil
  • 40 grams of nuts of your choice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
  • Dark chocolate or cocoa powder to decorate

preparation

  • Put the speculoos cookies in the mixer and crumble into very small pieces.
  • Add the cream cheese, nuts, cinnamon and vanilla extract and process into a sticky mixture.
  • Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes.
  • Melt coconut oil and chocolate in the microwave.
  • Form 15 small balls and dip them into the chocolate.
  • Place in the fridge for another 10 minutes and your Christmas chocolates are ready!

Chocolate pralines with speculoos and marzipan

Ingredients for about 25 pieces

  • 150 grams of speculoos cookies
  • 100 grams of ground almonds or hazelnuts
  • 30 grams of cream cheese
  • 70 grams of marzipan raw material
  • 40 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
  • 20 grams of powdered sugar
  • 150 grams of white or dark chocolate

  • Put the speculoos cookies in the mixer and crumble very finely.
  • Mix the ground cookies, almonds, cream cheese and butter well in a mixer.
  • Cut the marzipan raw mixture into very small pieces and add it until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Fold in vanilla extract and powdered sugar and mix well.
  • Form small balls out of the dough with wet hands and place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  • In the meantime, melt the chocolate over a water bath.
  • Roll the Speculoos pralines in the melted chocolate and let them drain well.
  • If desired, sprinkle with some chopped cookies or nuts and leave to solidify in the refrigerator for another 10 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

Quick Christmas chocolates made from 3 ingredients

During Advent we want to spend as much time as possible with our family and friends and these quick speculoos pralines made from 3 ingredients are just right for us. It's super easy to prepare and you can even get the kids involved - wouldn't that be a great family activity?

Ingredients for about 20 pieces

  • 200 grams of speculoos cookies
  • 50 grams of cream cheese
  • 200 grams of white chocolate

preparation

  • Crush the speculaas biscuits very finely in a blender or with a rolling pin. And take away about 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture - we will decorate the pralines with this later.
  • Mix the ground cookies with the cream cheese in a bowl and work into a firm, sticky dough. If the dough is too dry, add some more cream cheese.
  • Form small balls out of the dough and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  • Melt the chocolate over a water bath and roll the cooled pralines in it.
  • Decorate with ground biscuits and place in the fridge for another 15 minutes.
  • And your speculoos pralines with cream cheese are ready!
