This also includes a steel roller, firefighting equipment and an FT3 fuel tank.

Aside from the eye-catching green paint, the Lamborghini Urus ST-X Concept included a carbon fiber hood with larger air intakes to provide more air to the twin-turbo V8 engine under the hood. It also comes with a rear wing, hexagonal side racing exhausts and a set of aluminum alloy wheels andPirelli tiresdelivered.

A real challenge for motorsport

The Urus ST-X concept also saw a significant weight reduction. It is 25 percent lighter than its production version and complements the racing configuration. It also has increased adjustment and additional torsional rigidity by integrating the roll cage into the SUV's frame. Its powertrain remains the same, producing 641 horsepower (478 kilowatts) and 850 Nm of torque.

The sporty version of the super SUV isn't just for show, as Lamborghini plans to introduce the model in a single-brand championship that combines track and off-road track in a single race. So it will make its debut in Europe and the Middle East in 2020 in a race taking place on specially prepared FIA-approved tracks. There is also an “Arrival and Drive” event that treats most of the brand’s patrons to a series of test drives.
