You can also make a homemade pumpkin spice bath tea using real pumpkin seed oil, quinoa, Epsom salt, and nutmeg essential oil to rejuvenate the skin. A must if you want to take a dip in autumn.
DIY Pumpkin Spice Bath Tea Supplies:
1/2 cup Epsom salt, fine
1/4 cup pumpkin spice tea, loose leaves
1 teaspoon pumpkin seed oil or sweet almond oil
1/4 cup toasted quinoa flakes or oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
4 drops nutmeg essential oil, optional
4 muslin tea bags or airtight containers
How to Make Pumpkin Spice Bath Tea:
In a large glass bowl, combine fine Epsom salt, pumpkin seed oil and nutmeg essential oil. Stir thoroughly to evenly distribute the mineral salt. Add loose pumpkin spice tea, toasted quinoa flakes, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir well and pour into muslin bags or airtight containers.
Substitutions: You can replace 1 teaspoon of sweet almond oil with 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seed oil. And you can replace 1/4 cup oatmeal with 1/4 cup toasted quinoa flakes.

Luckily, there's a quick fix that's easy to do and won't ruin your makeup! Add a hydrating facial mist to your daily natural fall skincare routine. Try this recipe for a homemade facial mist with chamomile hydrosol that is suitable for all skin types.
DIY Facial Mist Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons of Aloe Vera Juice
60 g Chamomile hydrosol
1 tablespoon vegetable glycerin
120g distilled water
1 glass bottle
How to Make a Moisturizing Herbal Facial Mist:
In a small glass measuring cup, mix 2 tablespoons of aloe vera juice, 60 g of chamomile hydrosol, 1 tablespoon of vegetable glycerin and 120 g of distilled water. Whisk the mixture. Then carefully pour it into a glass spray bottle using a funnel. Shake well before each use.
Want to make a face mist with essential oils? No problem, take out the hydrosol and replace it with 60g of distilled water. Then add 3 to 8 drops of an essential oil.
Detoxify with a homemade facial mask
With all the makeup, skincare, and hair products most of us use and the junk food we gravitate to every fall, our skin needs a detox this time of year! Nothing removes impurities from the skin,like a face mask!Our simple pumpkin face mask recipe is easy to make. And with a few simple ingredients, you can have brighter, firmer skin in minutes!
Pumpkin Face Mask Ingredients:
1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon bentonite clay
1/8 teaspoon vitamin E oil
Pumpkin face mask recipe:
Mix 1 teaspoon of bentonite clay with 1 tablespoon of pumpkin puree in a small bowl for the face mask. Mix these ingredients with a small spoon or facial mask spatula and then add 1/2 teaspoon honey and 1/8 teaspoon vitamin E oil. Mix thoroughly,until a mask appearsbegins to form. This face mask recipe makes about two uses and should be stored in the refrigerator for a second use for up to a week.
If acne is a common skin problem for you, use a detox face mask instead. It quickly removes impurities, eliminates toxins, removes blackheads and even shrinks pores. Consume as a sort of refresher for dull, congested, blemish-prone skin.

It's incredibly good for the skin and ensures your face doesn't feel greasy in the morning.
DIY aloe vera face cream ingredients:
1 Tax Aloe-Vera-Gel
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 tablespoons jojoba oil
1 1/2 tablespoons beeswax lozenges
5 to 8 drops of lavender essential oil
1 glass jar with a swing top or another airtight container
How to Make Aloe Vera Face Cream:
Add half a cup of coconut oil, two tablespoons of jojoba oil, and one and a half tablespoons of beeswax lozenges to a double boiler. (If you don't have one, use a glass or metal bowl over a pot of simmering water instead.) Heat until melted, stirring with a whisk. Let the mixture cool, about an hour to an hour and a half.
Once cooled, slowly add a cupAdd aloe vera geland mix with a hand mixer or a hand blender. Mix until the mixture is light and foamy. Next, add five to eight drops of lavender essential oil and blend again. Pour the face cream into a glass container.
Notes:
This recipe for a homemade aloe vera face cream lasts three to four months. Store a small amount for bathroom use and the remaining amount in the refrigerator to extend shelf life.
