Prefabricated house with a mirror facade combines elegance, functionality and comfort

In today's article we would like to introduce you to the modular ÖÖD prefabricated house with a mirror facade. The impressive house was built byBrick & Wonderdesigned and can be assembled within eight hours. The elegant small house, clad in mirrored glass, was designed and manufactured in Estonia and extends to 18 m². Functionality and comfort are very important in the ÖÖD projects, as the modular houses are placed in different locations for short stays. The modular prefabricated house with a mirrored facade was originally designed specifically for holiday apartments and hotel use. Due to its small footprint, the prefabricated house can be assembled anywhere in Estonia without a building permit. The tiny, mobile house offers space for two to three people and fits seamlessly into the surroundings.

At first glance you will undoubtedly notice the fascinating mirrored façade. The mirror glass on three sides of the house reflects the surrounding landscape, allowing the house to merge with nature. The entrance to the house is at the back of the buildingclad with woodis. The individual room in this prefabricated house with a mirrored facade has been cleverly organized and decorated to emphasize and differentiate the individual areas. The studio features a custom-made bed, kitchenette, living area and bathroom. The large and comfortable bed promises a restful night's sleep. Below the bed's wooden frame there is a pull-out bed that provides additional sleeping space.

At the end of the hallway there is a modern armchair and a black and white floor lamp, which transform the space into a beautiful relaxation and reading corner. The large window front offers an unrestricted, fantastically beautiful view. A frosted glass partition separates the bathroom from the living area without restricting the light supply inside. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, small sink and toilet. The house is equipped with modern, automated technology and has adjustable floor heating, cooling and LED lighting. There is a built-in hot tub on the wooden veranda outside from which to view and enjoy the stunning surroundings.

Unfortunately, such fascinating andmodern mirror glass facadespose a danger to wild birds. The reflections in the mirror glass simulate a living space. In order to make the glass fronts effectively and permanently visible to birds, it is recommended to take timely measures, such as using bird dummies.
