For this idea you will need cardboard bowls – one large and one smaller. You can paint these any way you like with acrylic paint. Then cut the edge of both bowls to create fringes. Glue the small bowl into the large one and decorate the center with crepe or tissue paper.
These variants also have a fringed look, but paper cases for muffins are used for them. To make paper flowers with children, cut the shapes here and there. Design the middle with paper circles in any color. You can then use the flowers to make pretty 3D pictures or decorate greeting cards.
