- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream
- 170 ml milk
- 1 Banana
- 7 EL Trinkkakao
- Spray cream
- 1 chocolate bar
- 4 small cookies
- 1 mini chocolate donut
- Chocolate sprinkles
Preparation:
- For the chocolate sauce, take 70 ml of milk and mix it with the cocoa powder.
- Pour half of the sauce onto the bottom of the glass and turn it slightly diagonally until a nice pattern is created.
- Put vanilla ice cream, 100 ml milk and the banana in the blender and mix all the ingredients.
- After the freakshake is in the glass, a thick mountain of whipped cream is poured over it - the more the better.

- 1 tea bag strong black tea
- 1 pinch of cloves

- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 EL Honig
- Chocolate sauce

Preparation:
- Add the tea bag, all the spices and honey to the hot milk and let it steep for 10 minutes.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 200 ml almond milk
- 1 scoop of soy chocolate ice cream
- 50 ml Soja Kochcreme
- Stagesteif
- 8 mini pretzels
Preparation:
- Grate 1 piece of chocolate and melt the rest in a water bath. Brush the rim of the glasses with it and decorate it with mini pretzels.
- Peel and quarter the banana. Place in a blender with vanilla sugar, almond milk and maple syrup and puree until fine. Pour into the glasses.
- Place a scoop of chocolate ice cream on top.
- Whip the soy cream with the cream stiffener and add it to the freakshake.
- Decorate with pretzel crumbs and chocolate shavings.
