- 600g cucumbers, peeled, seeded and cut into thick slices or pieces
- 150 g sour cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 50 g bacon, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 4 stalks dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pfeffer
Heat oil in a pan and fry the bacon cubes in it. Add the onion and continue to fry for a while before adding the cucumbers and seasoning everything with pepper and salt. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes until the cucumbers are soft. Finally, add the finely diced tomatoes, dill, sour cream and vinegar and season with pepper and salt if necessary. Simply put all the ingredients in a blender and puree them with 120 ml of cold water. As you go, you can gradually add more water until you get the consistency you want (up to 8 ounces total). Finally, if necessary, season with more salt and let the cold soup rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Make your own cucumber chutney with chili

- 20 g coriander, chopped

Wash and finely dice the tomato and mix it with the seeds and cream cheese. Finally, season the filling with pepper and salt. Fill the cucumber with the cream cheese filling and sprinkle with the chopped basil.
