Ingredients for 12 apple muffins:
- 240 grams whole wheat flour
- 150 grams apples, grated
- 150 grams of apples, cut into small pieces
- 70 grams coconut oil, melted
- 170 grams of agave syrup or honey
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 120 grams of Greek yogurt
- 125 grams of applesauce without sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
- A pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Mix whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the apples and stir well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the coconut oil and maple syrup.
- Add eggs, yogurt, applesauce and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix to form a thick dough.
- Pour the batter evenly into 12 muffin tins and bake for 14-16 minutes.

Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
