  • 200 grams of wheat flour
  • 90 grams of sugar
  • 90 grams butter, at room temperature

  • 150 grams of wheat flour
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 80 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Preparation:

  • Put all the ingredients for the base in a large bowl and mix into a smooth dough using a hand mixer with a dough hook.
  • Put the dough in a springform pan with a diameter of 26 centimeters, roll it out and then pull it up the edge by about 3 cm.
  • To make the filling, place applesauce in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  • Place half of the apples on the dough.
  • Mix the milk and pudding powder in a glass until there are no lumps left.
  • Add the milk mixture to the applesauce, stirring constantly, and immediately remove the pot from the heat.
  • Stir for 2-3 minutes until the mixture has thickened.
  • Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  • Spread the applesauce mixture over the apples and top with the remaining apples.
